As of now, we have we have 135 children in this Programme – 64 Boys and 71 Girls
Last year November-December 2018; twelve out of these children who were in the Class 12th sat for the State-Board Exams. From those twelve, seven children secured more than 1st Division marks, out of which three students got more than 80% and one scored a high of 94%
Similarly, in the 10th Class Board Exams the children under this Programme of ours, did very well. All the eleven who appeared, passed the exams. Three out of them secured more than 80% marks and one excelled more, by reaching the target of 89%. Rest of them also scored an average of 60% – 1st Division marks
Other students, numbering more than one hundred, also do generally well in their exams, with a percentage score of around 60% on an average
Of course there are stragglers also, coming from the less fortunate sections of the Society as they are. But we help them more by providing for their private tuition classes – ever striving for improvement! A miniscule %age (less than 2%) of children in this Programme, however do give-up and drop off
