Located in Budgam, the CHINAR Home is a spacious, well-equipped facility dedicated to fostering the overall well-being and future success of its young residents.

CHINAR Home Program(CHP)

Nurturing Future Like the Chinar tree since 2004

CHINAR Home Program (CHP) was launched in 2004 as a pilot initiative to create a safe and nurturing environment for orphaned children. The program aims to provide these children with a sense of family and stability, enabling them to grow up in a loving, supportive home.

At CHINAR Home, live-in caregivers (referred to as mothers) offer the children the care and emotional support they need. The children receive a quality education, attending good private schools and receiving additional in-house tutoring. To ensure a well-rounded development, we organize a variety of extracurricular activities, including photography, music, computer training, art, and games. The health and well-being of the children are also a top priority, with comprehensive healthcare provided on-site.

What began in 2004 in a rented house has now, thanks to the generosity of our benefactors, evolved into our very own property in Khanpora, Budgam district. Our new home is spacious, with tidy rooms for the children, a clean dining area, a resourceful library, and a well-equipped computer lab. We are proud to offer an enriched, comfortable, and joyful home for our children.
