CHINAR Kashmir celebrated its Annual Sports Day on 27 Sep 2023 at the CHINAR Home campus in Khanpora, Budgam. The event witnessed an excellent footfall of all the children from CHINAR Home and the tutors for a day of spirited competition and camaraderie.
The older children and tutors formed teams named after directors and played exciting cricket matches. Meanwhile, the younger children split into groups for an enthusiastic football game, showcasing their agility and passion for sports.
As the day concluded, trophies were awarded to the winners of both cricket and football matches, and special recognition for outstanding players. Notably, the children’s mothers presented the awards, emphasizing family support and involvement.
This event reaffirmed the positive impact of sports in fostering unity, community engagement, and overall development among the children at CHINAR Home. It was a memorable day filled with laughter and life lessons, highlighting CHINAR Kashmir’s commitment to the well-being and growth of children.
