The SEED Programme’s Mandarbagh, Srinagar branch witnessed a joyous occasion as women successfully completed a 6-month training in stitching and tailoring. Mr. Wali Mohammad Malik, a founding member of CHINAR Kashmir, presented certificates, adding significance to the achievement.
