Management
N.A.Qureshi
(President)
Mr. Qureshi is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 35 years of work experience. He has retired as Chief Engineer Mechanical Engineering Department, J&K State. He is currently a consultant of Central Heating Machines.
Mumtaz Peerzada
(Secretary)
Mr. Peerzada is the former Managing Director of Power Development Corporation, J&K State with over 36 years of service. He was also a consultant with the Ministry of Power, GOI.
A.A.Rawa
(Director)
Mr. Rawa is a mechanical Engineer of repute with more than three decades of experience. He is a pioneer in projects like the installation and running of river drudges. He retired as Superintending Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department for J&K State.
A.R.Teli
(Director)
Mr. Teli is a Mechanical Engineer and has experience of more than three decades in various capacities in Hydel projects and heating and ventilation projects. He retired as the Chief Engineer at Mechanical Engineering Department for J&K State.
Aijaz Ahmad Mir
(Advisor)
Mr. Mir is a Faculty Member having more than 15 years of experience in Electric Engineering Department at NIT Hazratbal Srinagar. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D.
Wali Mohammad Malik
(Director)
Mr. Malik is a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in construction and power projects. He retired as Superintendent Engineer, Hydraulic, District Budgam in J&K. He has also worked as a Chief Consultant for some private firms in J&K. Mr. Malik is one of the founding members of CHINAR Kashmir.
Fozia. S. Qazi
(Advisor)
Dr. Fozia is a mathematician, artist and a photographer. She received her Ph.D. in mathematics from Syracuse University USA. She has taught for over 20 years in the US before returning to Kashmir in 2009 when she joined IUST as a Math Professor. She is also a founding member of CHINAR Kashmir.
Fayaz Ahmad Malik

Mr. Malik has worked with prestigious government institutions and has more than 30 years of working experience as Accounts Officer.
Prof. Siddiq Wahid
(Advisor)
Prof. Siddiq Wahid is a former Vice Chancellor of the Islamic University of Science and Technology, Srinagar. He received his Ph.D. from the prestigious Harvard University and has also taught at Harvard University and at Metropolitan University in London.
Zubair Ahmed Beigh

Mr. Beigh is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in heavy earth moving machines. He retired as Assistant Executive Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Department for J&K State

Working as an independent technology consultant and volunteering for global development organizations such as the United Nations, Abdul Wajid manages technology, communications and partnerships for CHINAR Kashmir. He is also a disability and ICT4D activist.
Pavithra Selvakumari

Pavithra Selvakumari is based in Chennai and works in the IT industry as a Senior Technical Writer. She is passionate about reading, writing, painting, and volunteering. Pavithra helps CHINAR Kashmir in writing and editing the web content.

Fareeda Osman is a Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager from USA. She has decades of experience in project management and volunteering. At CHINAR Kashmir, Fareeda has been an advisor for the CHINAR Home Program from May-Sep 2024.
